Each company has its own installation and database. In the customer portal each customer sees only their own company’s records.
Data Security
Your data belongs to your company and is kept separate.
In ITOS your commercial information, prices and customer list are open only to the people you authorise.
Encrypted Connection
The site, panel and portal work only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Passwords and Sessions
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Session cookies are signed and cannot be read by browser scripts.
Login Attempt Limit
Repeated failed login attempts temporarily block login.
Section-level Access
You decide which portal sections each customer user can see.
Portal Activity Log
Portal logins, document downloads and approvals are logged with date and IP address.
Regular Backups
The database and uploaded documents are backed up regularly.
